Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Web25 LTD (Company No. 17177935), trading as Web25, registered in England and Wales. By requesting a build or using our services you agree to these terms.

You tell us about your business, and we design and build your website before you pay anything. You only pay the build fee if you approve the finished site and choose to go ahead.

If you don't like the result, you walk away and owe us nothing. We keep the work we produced and may reuse the underlying design and code for other clients.

Build fees are fixed per project and quoted before work begins: £950 for the Standard plan (up to 2 pages) and £1,450 for the Plus plan (up to 5 pages). Any variations are agreed in writing before we start.

The build fee is due in full when you approve the site. Work transfers to you and the site goes live once payment is received.

Every site we build includes a mandatory ongoing care plan: £45 per month for Standard sites, £65 per month for Plus sites. This covers hosting, security updates, maintenance and reasonable small content changes.

The care plan is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, we'll provide you with an export of your site content; the site will no longer be hosted or maintained by us.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, any text, images or logos you want on the site, and for confirming that you have the rights to use them.

You confirm that nothing you ask us to publish is unlawful, defamatory or infringing on anyone else's rights.

We aim to present a first version of your site within the timeframe we quote when we take on the project. Timelines depend on how quickly you provide content and feedback, so dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Once the build fee is paid, you own the content and the finished design of your website. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks and reusable components.

Until the build fee is paid, all work remains the property of Web25 LTD.

We build with care, but we don't guarantee that a website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
